FOCUS INSOLV SPRL was established based on GEO no. 86/2006 approved by Law no. 254/2007 on the organization of the activity of insolvency practitioners and the provisions of the Civil Code, is a full member of the U.NP.I.R being formed by a team of insolvency practitioners, lawyers and economists with extensive experience in the field of insolvency.
